A day in the life of Mussaman
Here's an excellent Mussaman recipe by one of thailand's celebrated chefs, Sisamon Kongpan from her tried and tested book "The Best of Thai Cuisine".
This recipe will give you an unbelievable richness and depth of flavour. It calls for making your own paste, which is an interesting journey unto itself.
However, if you're pressed for time, you can always substitute the home made paste with a store bought Mussaman curry paste.
